My name is Javier, and I created StudentSync Systems from firsthand experience working in special education. As a Behavior Therapist and Transition Behavior Aide supporting students on the autism spectrum, I saw how often teams knew what students needed—but lacked the accurate, consistent data to prove it.

That gap matters. In education, data drives decisions that impact services, resources, and student opportunities. Without it, progress can go unrecognized and support can be delayed.

I built StudentSync Systems to change that.

My goal is to help schools simplify data tracking, improve accuracy, and make information easier to use—so staff can focus less on paperwork and more on supporting students. When data is clear and reliable, teams can make stronger decisions, advocate effectively, and create more opportunities for the students they serve.

For me, this work is personal. It’s about making sure every student has the support, access, and opportunity they deserve to succeed.
