StudentSync Systems was founded by Javier Barrios after years of working directly in special education classrooms. As a Behavior Therapist and Transition Behavior Aide, Javier witnessed firsthand the challenges educators face when collecting behavior data. Valuable instructional time was often spent managing paperwork, organizing spreadsheets, and preparing reports instead of supporting students.

Rather than accepting those challenges as "just part of the job," Javier set out to create a better solution.

StudentSync Systems was built with one mission: to simplify behavior data collection while giving educators the tools they need to make informed, data-driven decisions. Every feature within the platform was inspired by real classroom experiences and designed to reduce paperwork, improve accuracy, and make behavior tracking easier for teachers, classroom staff, administrators, and school districts.
